CBT Training Program October 2015 – Istanbul

Oct_2015 (10)The Hague Institute for psychological support gave a training course on (cognitive behavioral therapy CBT of some mental disorders). This training course has been given in collaboration with psychotherapist mw. Ingrid Betten, a member of the Netherlands Association for Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. The training course was held between 18 and October 20, 2015 and took place in Istanbul. Twenty participates have participated in this training course, including university professors and psychiatrists. As part of the course, lectures were given and practical exercises with techniques of cognitive behavior. In addition, practical examples were discussed of anxiety, depression and stress due to trauma and how to treat it using cognitive behavioral therapy. Also role play were done to practice the gained knowledge. According evaluation of participants, the training course has achieved its goals successfully. The students gave feedback on this course, which we will be take into account in the further development of this course. They asked to resume this training course in the future, so that other participants can learn from it. During the course period, there was an atmosphere of joy and cooperation between students.
